The court room was so..so hostile. The whole place echoed around me. I could feel the tension as the judge spoke. His words pounded like a mallet on my chest threatening to kill me right then and there. My fate lay in the balance. Crowds in bleachers behind were all fixed on one thing and one thing only. Me. I could feel their eyes on my back. The judge was saying, "Alexander Fahlcon, is hereby prosecuted for the following charge: Murder against his country, and his superior officer," I swallowed a lump in my throat, a cold sweat broke out on my forehead. The judge went on, "For said crime said criminal will hereby be put to justice through death. I lurched back as though I'd been struck. My eyes grew wide. I'd been so close to death before I could almost feel it's freezing cold grasp clutching my throat. Now I was about to face it again, and this time there seemed to be no escape. The judge adjourned the court and after that, everything became a blur. I recall seeing a glimpse of Hans and crying out to him, only to be dragged away. I spent that night on the cold, wet cot inside a prison cell. All my life I'd never thought I'd see the inside of one of those things, but now I knew what it was like. I felt as though I had not yet 로스트 the battle, but all the same I had 로스트 the war.
