When I started the sixth grade, things seemed to be going smoothly. At lunch time, a group of kids invited me to sit with them. I thought, I'm going to have new friends. Yay! I told them about growing up in Illinois. They didn't make fun of my accent. They explained that the Midwestern accent is the accent that doesn't offend anyone. That's why most newscasters are Midwestern. I said, "Okay. Cool." One of them asked, "What kind of 음악 do 당신 listen to?" I told them, and I named a few bands that I liked. Another one of them said, "It's not 1980. Those bands shouldn't be a thing anymore." I said, "First of all, I don't give a shit what 년 it is. Second, those bands formed BEFORE 1980, thank 당신 very much! Finally, if 당신 think that you're going to convince me to stop listening to those bands, 당신 can 키스 my ass!" They told one of the teachers, and I got caned. I thought that was unjustified. I didn't know that swearing was an offense in Tennessee. People swear all the time in Illinois. My aunt paid a visit to the school, and I never got caned again. Still, things didn't improve. Sometimes the other kids would throw rocks at me 또는 tell me I was going to Hell. Things were not looking good for me. My aunt kept telling me, "Don't give up, Autumn. I'm sure that there's someone out there who wants to be your friend." Pretty soon, I was beginning to doubt that.
I haven't written any 기사 on my 팬 club in a while. I felt like 글쓰기 a eulogy about my dog, Fluffy. Fluffy was my 초 female dog. I remember when I got her. My aunt and uncle and I were visiting with my grandmother's sister in Florida. One of her neighbors happened to be breeding Smooth 콜리, 콜 리 puppies. I took one of them 집 with me, and I named her Fluffy for the sake of being ironic. She was the most vocal of all the 개 I've had. She was also very motherly. When we adopted Roxy, my Pit Bull, Fluffy accepted the pup as her own. She did the same with my Rottweiler, Stone, and with my newest dog, River. When my first dog, Diesel, passed away, Fluffy grieved 더 많이 than the other dogs, save for Sadie, my Labrador. Fluffy grieved really hard when we 로스트 Sadie a 년 ago. Fluffy was really smart, too. She knew hundreds of words and phrases, and I cannot possibly name all of them. I miss her very much, and so does everyone else. I'll never forget her. May she rest in peace.
It was close to Christmas. The members of New Religion decided to go spend time was their families. Sadly, Erin's grandmother passed away. It was devastating for Erin. When New Religion picked up their tour, many people wanted to interview Erin. Lola said, "She 로스트 a loved one. How do 당신 think she's doing?!" Carl said, "Erin needs time to mourn her grandmother. She doesn't need a microphone in her face." Paul said, "She's been through so much. Leave her alone!" Erin thanked her 프렌즈 for standing up for her. She later said, "I now know how Paul McCartney felt after John Lennon got shot." Lola hugged her. Things did get better for Erin with time. She 로스트 so many she loved, but she kept going and never gave up.
