if anyone brooke - she looks out for everyone - especially peyton - plus she wants a baby now anyway - so shell be an actual mother. oh and shes taken over the cafe.

Haley has always been the adult one. She seems like she's much older than she really is

i've loved haley since episode 1 of season 1 and i think she is mature, independant, and loving not only to her own family but always helping out with other people's problems. i think she is such a great person and i absolutely adore her!
plus- she is taking over the mother role watching out for everybody, just because brooke is adopting a little girl doesnt mean she is a mother to everyone. Haley is always there for people, and so is brooke, i just think haley is a bit more motherly.
but, i love 'em both! :D

but she is definately not karen or deb considering that deb was in need of rehab and karen is still permanantly in the show!

I dont think Haley is that great of a mother. And she bugs me. Everyone seems to be going to Brooke for advice or when they are sad.

well none of them are really Karen is still around.

But I guess if you really want me to pick I'd go with Haley....since you know Jamie is like 4. She's got a good start going for mommy.

Hales has always been riding everyone to be better ppl. She's definitely always had that mother figure toward everyone and I love her for it. I know it can come off self righteous, but hales has made the least amount of mistakes out of everyone - so that shows that she learns from her mistakes and sets a great example as a mom herself.

Brooke's been very loving, but hasn't challenged ppl morally at all and that's important for being a good mother figure, hehe.

Then Brooke obviously as I found Peyton was kinda annoying this season XXX
