A week later, everything was finally starting to get back to normal. Carter was a lot less dependent on Harry, and wanted to be alone more. School was no different though, as anytime Harry turned his back, Lucy would think of something horrible to do to Carter. That was the kind of thing that would upset Carter for the day, with the aid of medication doing nothing for her.

Carter’s depression was also putting a large amount of stress on Harry. He didn’t sleep much at night in case something happened to Carter. As of yet nothing has, but 당신 can never be sure, right? She may suddenly decide she wants to kill herself and slit her wrists. He was constantly thinking about her. He took the whole situation very seriously.

Carter and Harry were now in bed, as it was about 2am in the morning. Carter was sleeping peacefully in her room, whilst Harry was stirring in the guest room. No matter how much he tried, he couldn’t sleep. He sighed and abruptly shut his eyes closed.

Harry strolled into Carter’s room to find Lucy standing over a sleeping Carter, smirking when her gaze met Harry’s.

“What the fuck are 당신 doing Lucy?!” Harry roared. “Something that should have been done a long time ago.” Lucy glared, displaying a gun in her hand. “Don’t do it Lucy, please!” Harry pleaded, running towards her. But it was too late. “Say goodbye Harry.” Lucy scowled at Harry before turned to Carter and pulling the trigger on the gun, shooting Carter multiple times.

A couple of days later, Harry found himself stood before a grave. He could see Liam crying out of the corner of his eye. He turned to the headstone in front of him and read:

Carter Louise Payne. 16th March 1995 – 23 February 2011.

A beloved daughter, sister and friend to all.

She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.

Harry broke down crying beside the headstone. A hand rested on his shoulder. He gazed up to see Zayn smiling warmly at him, a few noticeable tears in his eyes. There was silence between the two before Zayn was called elsewhere and left Harry alone.

Harry stared at the grave one 더 많이 as tears streamed down his face. If only he could turn back time to those cherish-able moments he and Carter shared. Before the bullying, before the accident and her depression. If only he had told her sooner. He would be her reason to be, and she would be his.

This was all too much for Harry. He couldn’t take it anymore. He ran from the grave and to his house. He grabbed a butcher 칼, 나이프 from the 부엌, 주방 and ran upstairs, locking himself into his bedroom. He glanced down at a picture of him and Carter when they were younger and traced his finger along Carter’s face.

“I’m on my way Carter.”

Harry whispered, dropping the picture and sticking the 칼, 나이프 into his chest. He fell to the bedroom floor, cold, pale and dead.

Harry’s eyes shot open and he jumped from the bed. He leaped out of the room and ran upstairs, sprinting into Carter’s room, where Carter lay in her bed. He ran towards the 침대 and pulled the duvet off her to find no gun, no blood and no Lucy. Just a shivering girl.

Carter opened her eyes and sat up. “Harry what’s going on?!” she asked in a worried tone. “N-Nothing.” Harry stuttered. “Are 당신 sure?” Carter quizzed. “Y-Yeah… I’m probably sleep-walking.” Harry chuckled uneasily. Carter slowly nodded, not fully-convinced. “Night Carter.” Harry scratched his back and went downstairs.

Surely Lucy was only trying to play mind-games with him, right?

He sat down on the 침상, 소파 in the sitting room, not wanting to go back into bed. Checking his watch, he noticed that it was 3am, much too early to be awake. It didn’t matter, because he knew he wasn’t going to be able to sleep anyways. He stared blankly at his surroundings, enthralled in his thoughts.

Carter edged down the stairs and peered into the sitting room to find Harry sitting on the couch. “Harry are 당신 alright?” she 질문 in a hushed tone. Harry’s attention turned to Carter, who gazed at him with a worried expression on her face. “Yeah, I’m fine.” Harry smiled, giving Carter a small nod. “Why are 당신 up?” Carter queried. “Just… not tired.” Harry lied. Carter looked confused. “How come you’re up?” Harry inquired. “I’m just getting a glass of water, night.” Carter whispered. “Good night Carter.” Harry said quietly.

Carter filled her glass of water and returned to her bedroom. What was wrong with Harry? Was he ill? Did he usually stay up at this time? She frowned and crept into bed, pulling the covers over her tiny body and shutting her eyes closed.

The 다음 morning, Carter jumped out of bed, out-stretching her arms widely and yawning. She tied up her red hair and put on a baggy hoodie. Placing her slippers on her feet, she scooted downstairs. To her amazement, she found Harry in the exact same position as he was in at the early hours of this morning. She stepped closer to where he sat.

His skin was pale, and huge bags hung under his eyes. he stared at the 벽 in front of him, not moving a muscle. He seemed to be too 로스트 in his own thoughts to even notice Carter’s existence.

“Harry? What’s wrong?” she exclaimed, gazing at the stressed-looking boy in front of her. Harry immediately snapped out of his trance upon hearing Carter’s voice. “W-W-What?” he stuttered, looking around the room until his eyes met Carter’s. “Harry, have 당신 been here all night?!” Carter questioned. Harry nodded, shutting his eyes closed and moaning slightly. “Did 당신 not sleep?” she stepped in front of him and bent down beside him. He shook his head.

“Why on earth did 당신 not sleep Harry?!” Carter asked, boring into Harry’s eyes. “I… I… I… wasn’t… tired.” Harry mumbled, yawning at the end of his sentence. “Well are 당신 tired now?” Carter quizzed, sitting on Harry’s knee. She knew fully-well what his answer was going to be. “N… Not really.” Harry lied, resting his head at the back of the couch. “Harry, I know 당신 are. Why don’t 당신 go to 침대 for a while?” Carter queried, feeling Harry’s forehead to see if he was sick. “No… I’m fine.” Harry said.

Carter frowned and stood up. “No, you’re not! Come on, I’ll being 당신 to bed.” She spoke, taking Harry’s hand and attempting to pull him up. “No, just leave me here.” Harry groaned, clutching onto the 침상, 소파 with all of his strength. “Harry, come on! Please!” Carter begged, rolling Harry off the 침상, 소파 until he landed on the floor with a thud. He picked himself up ad Carter pushed him along the hall until they came to the guest room.

Harry immediately flopped onto the bed, stripping down to his boxers and pulling the covers over himself. “Wake me in a half an 시간 Carter, an 시간 tops.” Harry told her. Carter rolled her eyes and laughed. “Do 당신 want anything before 당신 sleep?” Carter asked. Harry shook his head. “Alright, night Harold.” Carter tittered, opening the door to leave.

“Wait!” Harry said in a weak tone of voice. Carter turned towards him with a look of 질문 on her face.

“Could you… um… stay with me?” Harry croaked.

Carter smiled and nodded eagerly, bewildered at the sight of such a feeble Harry. It was usually the other way around. It felt nice to give something back to Harry for all he has done for her, even if it’s just a small deed. She sat down beside Harry on the 침대 and he rested his head on her lap. She kissed his swollen lips as his eyes became heavier.

“Remember to wake me Carter.” Harry muttered, loud enough for Carter to hear. “Yes Harry, I will.” Carter rolled her eyes once again, stifling a giggle.

She never did wake him. Several hours later, Harry was still sound asleep as Carter delicately caressed his cheek. Soon after he had fallen asleep, Carter turned on the TV and caught up with her wrestling. Harry stomach rose and fell as he slept peacefully.

The doorbell rang, signalling that there was someone at the door. Carter gently lifted Harry’s head off her lap and placed it on the 침대 before exiting the room. She strolled down the hallway until she came to the front door and opened it to see Will standing in the doorway.

“Oh hi Will!” Carter beamed. Will had been around a lot since Carter’s accident, helping Harry out with her. Why hello there Miss Carter! How are 당신 today lovely?” Will grinned cheekily at Carter. “I’m great thanks, you?” Carter queried, smiling widely. “I’m good. Where’s Harold?” Will asked. “Oh, he’s asleep.” Carter told Will. “What a lazy ass!” Will chuckled. “Well he was 연기 very strange last night and didn’t sleep a wink.” Carter pointed out.

“Oh dear! Is he alright?” Will spoke as wariness spread across his face. “Yes, I’m sure he’ll be fine. He’s been asleep since 11 so let’s hope he’s made a full recovery.” Carter smiled. “Ah I see. Just tell him I called.” Will spoke, beginning to walk away. “You can come in 당신 like. Harry should be up in less than an hour.” Carter informed Will. “Alright then.” Will tittered, rubbing his hands together for warmth as he stepped inside. Carter shut the door closed and followed him into the sitting room.

“Would 당신 like a cup of 차 Will?” Carter quizzed. “Only if you’re making some babe.” Will responded. Taking his answer as a yes, Carter strutted into the 부엌, 주방 and clicked on the kettle. “Milk and two sugars?” Carter inquired, as that’s what Will usually has. “Oh 당신 know me so well!” Will cooed from the sitting room. Carter giggled and made the 차 before bringing it in to Will.

“You’re actually a legend.” Will winked as Carter handed him his cup of tea. Carter flicked her hair. “I know, I’m just amazing, right?” she laughed, sitting down on the 침상, 소파 across from Will. “Be a doll and pass me the remote? There is a very important football match on!” Will pleaded. Carter groaned and threw him the remote.

“Come over for a cuddle babe! Will grinned, patting the 우주 beside him. Carter rolled her eyes and shuffled over to Will, resting her head on his lap as he turned up the volume of the TV. “Who’s playing?” Carter quizzed. “Aston 별장, 빌라 and Newcastle.” Will responded. “Who do 당신 want to win?” Carter questioned. “I’m not really that bothered. Probably Newcastle.” Will replied. “But I thought 당신 said this was an important match!” Carter frowned. “Every match is important babe!” Will explained. Carter rolled her eyes while Will played her with hair.

Suddenly, a vile stench filled the air. Carter covered her nose and turned to Will. “Will, what’s that smell?” she queried. Will smirked. “Well, a posh english-man would call it flatulence, but around here, we call it a fart.” He responded proudly. “Oh my god! Will you’re disgusting!” Carter screamed, running out of the room. Will chuckled to himself and turned back to the match.

“Liam! Liam! Come quickly!” a shout came from Niall’s room. Liam rushed into the room. “What’s wrong Niall?!” he exclaimed. “I can’t fit my clothes into my suitcase, it’s a disaster!” Niall wept as worry spread across his face. “Is that really all that’s wrong with you?” Liam chuckled at his foolish friend. Niall nodded, not muttering a word. Liam rolled his eyes and began to fold Niall’s clothes and put them in the suitcase.

“Who folded them for 당신 before we came here?” Liam questioned. “Carter.” Niall replied with his hands in his pockets. Liam winced at the mention of Carter’s name, but tried not to let his obvious pain show. Niall seemed to notice Liam’s pain and put a hand on the older boy’s shoulder. “Don’t worry Liam she’s going to be fine. And plus, you’ll be seeing her in less than a week!” Niall reassured his best mate. Liam smiled gratefully at Niall. “You’re right.” He admitted, sighing slightly.

“What’s his name?” Carter queried, pointing to a very attractive looking football player. “That’s Yohan Cabaye.” Will replied. “He’s really hot.” Carter remarked. Will chuckled at her formality. “Wouldn’t 당신 just 사랑 it if he ripped his 상단, 맨 위로 off? I bet he’s really muscular.” She added. “Carter Louise Payne! Why aren’t 당신 a perv!” Will exclaimed. Carter giggled and shrugged.

“Alright, Miss Perv, let’s play a game. I’ll say a celebrity, and 당신 tell me what 당신 think of him.” Will said. “Okay then! Shoot.” Carter tittered. “Okay… mmm… let me see…” Will wandered around the room, stroking his imaginary beard. Carter laughed and rolled her eyes at Will’s idiotic behaviour.

“Ed Sheeran?”

“Amazing. Such a fit and talented bloke.”

“Justin Bieber?”

“Uhh, a girl in a wig. I’m surprised Selena Gomez hasn’t copped how feminine he is 의해 now.”

“Finally! Someone who agrees with me! Um… Nathan Sykes?”

“He’s alright I guess… but his band-mate Max is better.”

“Controversial! Olly Murs?”

“Yummy! Just gorgeous!”

“… Harry Styles?”

“Perfec- what, what?!”

Carter gave Will a very confused look. “What do 당신 think of Harry?” Will repeated. “I’m not answering that. He’s just down the hall! And plus, he isn’t a celebrity!” Carter objected. “Come on Carter! I promise I won’t say anything! Just tell me, do 당신 like Harry?” Will inquired. “Of course I do! I 사랑 Harry! He’s my best mate!” Carter retorted. “… 더 많이 than a friend?” Will questioned.

Carter bit her lip and thought for a moment. Looking up at Will, she nodded slowly. Will’s mouth dropped open and he pranced around the room in delight. Carter furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. Will sat down beside Carter and batted his eyelashes at her.

“You know… I think 당신 and Harry should name your first child Will! And if it’s a girl, Will!” Will said, earning a thump in the head off Carter in response.

Harry slowly opened his eyes and looked around to see Carter was no longer beside him. He sat up and came to terms with his surroundings before climbing out of 침대 and exiting the room. He strolled down the hallway. Will’s loud laugh guided Harry to the sitting room where Carter and Will were.

“You like him!” Will teased. “So? I’m a girl 당신 know! We tend to fancy boys!” Carter sulked, crossing her arms. “Carter likes who?” Harry quizzed, standing in the doorway. Carter and Will snapped their heads in the direction of Harry’s voice, and Carter went as pale as a ghost. What if he heard the full conversation? A short and awkward silence followed. “Well?” Harry questioned, sitting down on the 침상, 소파 with a smirk on his face, wanting to know who Carter’s mystery crush was.

Carter gazed at Will pleadingly. Will grabbed the TV remote and flicked through some channels before he came to the Newcastle vs Aston 별장, 빌라 match. “Carter loves Yohan Cabaye!” Will announced, earning a sigh of relief off Carter. Harry frowned at stared at the gorgeous looking football player. “How the fuck do 당신 like him Carter?!” Harry chuckled. “He’s amazing! Just look at that body!” Carter swooned.

“I’ve got a better body than him!” Harry argued, pointing to his bare torso, which was very toned indeed. Carter hopped off her 좌석 and sat beside Harry, admiring the view before her. “Nah, I still think he’s hotter.” She joked, lightly tickling Harry’s abdomen. Harry sulked and jutted out his bottom lip. Carter kissed his pout and turned to Will. “Do 당신 want another cup of 차 Will?” she asked sweetly. “Yes please!” Will beamed. “I’ll have one too babe.” Harry added, winking at Carter.

“Mmm… I’ll see about that.” She stuck her tongue out at him and picked up the empty cups before waltzing into the kitchen. Harry sprawled across the couch, wrapping himself in a blanket. “Nice sleep bro?” Will queried. “Yeah, it did me wonders.” Harry replied hoarsely. “Why didn’t 당신 sleep last night?” Will questioned. Harry swallowed hard. “I had a dream that Lucy killed Carter and then I committed suicide.” He told Will.

An expression of horror filled Will’s face. “That’s fucking messed up Harry! No wonder 당신 didn’t sleep!” Will exclaimed. Harry stayed silent, staring into space. Carter filled both Harry and Will’s cups of 차 and carried them down the hall.

“Harry, 당신 need a break. Why don’t 당신 go out tonight? For a couple of drinks?” Will suggested. “No, I can’t leave Carter on her own.” Harry replied. Carter overheard this and frowned. Harry shouldn’t have to give up his social life for her! He’s a teenager for heaven’s sake! She couldn’t hold him back from living his life.

“I think it’s a great idea.” Carter said as she entered the room, handing the boys their tea. “See? Carter agrees with me!” Will chuckled. “I know you’re trying to help Carter, but I’m fine, really. I’m not leaving 당신 alone.” Harry told her. “Why doesn’t Carter come with us?” Will inquired. Harry looked at Carter, who nodded eagerly. “I don’t know…” Harry hesitated. “Oh come on Harry! Lighten up! It’s only one night!” Will said. “Okay then.” Harry agreed.

Will was right, it’s only one night. Nothing could go wrong, right?

“Are 당신 sure 당신 want to do this? We can always just rent a movie.” Harry said to Carter as he buttoned up his top. “Harry, stop worrying. Everything will be fine.” Carter reassured him as she straightened her hair. Harry sighed and put on his blazer. He was just being paranoid. Everything was going to be ok. He would have a couple of drinks and then go straight home. “Now.” Carter said, putting down the straightener. “You ready?” she quizzed, grabbing her purse. Harry nodded and they headed out the door.

Will collected them outside and they journeyed to the club. He didn’t drink but still decided on coming for the laugh. He was also the only one who was legally allowed to drink, at 19. When they got to the club, they stepped out of the car. Carter’s heals clicked as she strolled hand in hand with the two boys.

Once inside the club, the smell of cheap perfume and aftershave lingered in the air. Most of the girls’ skirts were way too short, their breasts were hanging out of their tops and their heavy make-up made them look like 바비 인형 dolls. Most girls greeted Carter with scowls as she walked past while Harry clenched onto her hand tightly. Some guys looked Carter up and down, exploring her body with smirks on their faces. Carter shivered in disgust.

They found a place to sit near the dance floor and sat down. Will soon stood up. “I’ll buy the first round.” He said. “What do 당신 want Carter?” Will queried. “A 콜라 please.” Carter smiled. Will nodded and strolled up to the counter, already knowing what Harry wanted. Harry pulled Carter onto his lap and kissed her right behind the ear. “I’ll only have one drink, two at the most. And then we’ll go home.” Harry whispered. Carter turned to face him.

“Harry, please. Just enjoy yourself tonight. 당신 really deserve it.” She whispered, smiling widely at him. “You look beautiful tonight Carter.” He told her, gazing into her big brown eyes. “You look quite handsome yourself!” Carter giggled, her cheeks flushing a crimson red colour. Harry grinned and attached his lips to hers. Her eyes widened as he caressed her cheek with his thumb. She leaned back in her 좌석 as Harry hovered over her. They pulled away and a gigantic smile crept onto Carter’s lips.

Will returned with the drinks a couple of 분 later. Carter slightly glanced over at Harry and her eyes met his. She bit her lip slightly before downing her coke. Will narrowed his eyes at Harry and Carter. “What’s going on between 당신 two?” he quizzed, his voice full of suspicion. “Nothing.” Harry chuckled uneasily, making Carter laugh loudly. “Don’t worry… I’ll find out what 당신 guys are up to….” Will cackled, jokingly I hope.

Of course, Will already knew fully-well what happened. As if the sexual tension between Carter and Harry wasn’t enough proof, Harry had lipstick marks all over his lips and cheeks. But Will was going to inform him about that, because it would ruin all of the fun.

“Do 당신 want to dance?” Harry whispered in Carter’s ear, sending shivers up her spine. She nodded eagerly so he took her hand and led her to the dance floor. They pushed through all of the sweaty bodies until they came to a free place. The people around them grinded against each other, while Harry and Carter began to shuffle and dance like oddballs.

A little while later, Harry was very, very drunk. Will and Carter sat down in the lounge area and chatted amongst each other. “How long 더 많이 do 당신 think Harry will last until he blacks-out?” Will laughed. “I’d give it a few hours!” Carter replied, giggling quietly. “I’d say less! I’m just going to the bathroom babe, I’ll be back in five minutes.” He told her. Carter nodded and Will scooted off.

초 later, Carter felt someone sit down beside her. Presuming it was Will, she turned to face him, but was met 의해 an unfamiliar face. “Hi Carter. I’m Jake.” The unfamiliar face put his hand out for Carter to shake. Carter shook it and smiled. “Do I know you?” she questioned. “Yeah, I’m one of Harry’s friends. He asked me to take 당신 home.” Jake told her. “Oh… um… okay.” She said, hopping off the seat. Jake took her hand and lead her out the door.

“Vodka and Red Ball please.” Harry slurred at the counter. The bartender odded and turned to fill Harry’s glass. Harry felt someone’s presence beside him. He turned to find Lucy beside him, but he was too drunk to recognise her.

“Hey babe.” He winked, taking a sip of his drink. “Hey there sexy.” Lucy traced her fingers up Harry’s arm. “Want a drink?” Harry quizzed. “No, but I do want something else…” Lucy whispered before smashing her lips against Harry’s.

Carter and Jake walked in silence for a little while before Carter spoke. “So, how long have 당신 and Harry known each other?” she asked. “4 years.” Jake lied. “How did 당신 two meet?” she quizzed. “Oh… 당신 know… at school.” Jake told her. “So 당신 go to our school?” Carter furrowed her eyes in confusion. “Uh… yes.” Jake said. Carter nodded and kept walking. Then it hit her.

“Wait a minute, I know who 당신 are! You’re not Harry’s friend, 당신 two hate each other! You’re Lucy’s brother! I danced with 당신 at the prom and we dated! 당신 cheated on me!” Carter screamed at Jake.

“Carter, I’m sure you’re just over-reacting…” Jake hushed, stroking Carter’s cheek. Carter pushed his hand away. “No I’m not! 당신 told me 당신 loved me and I believed you! You’re nothing but a lying little prick! I hate you!” Carter spat before storming off. Jake caught up with her and grabbed both her arms behind her back.

“I’m afraid you’re not getting away this easily princess.” Jake whispered in Carter’s ear as he dragged her away.

Will exited the bathroom and went back into the lounge to find Carter had disappeared. Thinking she had probably gone off to dance with Harry, he stepped onto the dance floor, pushing past all of the sweaty bodies in order to found Carter, but to no avail. Out of the corner of his eye he could see that familiar mop of curls 의해 the counter. He gazed over to find Harry playing tonsil 테니스 with a blonde haired girl. His blood boiled inside of him when he saw that girl was Lucy.

“Hiya.” A squeaky voice interrupted Will’s thoughts. He turned around to be face 의해 a Lucy look-alike. “Erm… hi.” He murmured, trying to look away. “Wanna dance?” the girl winked. “No thank you. I need to go find my friend.” Will said. The girl shrugged and walked away. Will turn back to where Harry was, but Harry was nowhere to be found.

Lucy smashed Harry against the 벽 as soon as they got in the door of her apartment. Pressing her lips against his, she twisted his messy curls around her finger as his hands found their way to her bum. She ran her head down his torso and traced her fingers along his abdomen, until she came to his crotch area. She unbuckled his 벨트 and slid her hand into his boxers. The ever-growing bulge in his pants seemed to be aching to get out.

Lucy slowly pulled down Harry’s pants, 키싱 every inch of his body as she did so. Harry moaned with pleasure and stepped out of his jeans. Lucy slipped off her miniskirt and underwear as Harry carried her into the bedroom, their lips not leaving each other once. These two had been down this path many times before, and they both knew it was about to happen again.

“Jake! Let me go!” Carter screamed. “Shut the fuck up 당신 dirty little slut.” Jake whispered in Carter’s ear, as she kicked and screamed in his arms. They came to a very familiar looking alleyway, the same alleyway that Harry used to beat Carter up in. But that was unbeknown to Carter at this moment in time. Jake threw Carter onto the floor and she back into the corner, shaking with fear. Jake bent down to her level and smirked.

“You alright babe? 당신 seem a little tense.” He winked, leaning in to 키스 her. Carter pushed him away and buckled her knees to her chest. He slapped her in the face and she clutched to her face in pain, tears falling from her eyes. “Leave me alone. I want Harry.” Carter bit her lip, trying to hold back her tears. Jake shook his head and stood up.

“You think Harry is a fucking hero 또는 something! Do 당신 not know what he did to 당신 to you?!” Jake yelled. “All he ever did to me was 사랑 me, unlike you.” Carter spoke, wiping the tears from her eyes and gazing up at Jake. “Why are 당신 so fucking stupid?!” Jake growled. “Fine. Tell me what he did!” Carter rolled her eyes. “Oh I’ll do 당신 one better Carter… I’ll show 당신 what he did. I’ll make sure 당신 remember every little thing he did to you.” Jake whispered before grabbing Carter 의해 the arm and pulling her up off the ground.

He kicked Carter in the gut and she fell to her knees. He pulled her up 의해 the hair and slammed her against the wall, choking her as her legs raised above the ground. He threw her against the 벽 opposite them and she landed on the floor with a thud. As she tried to pick her limp body up, Jake kicked her in the head and she fell to the ground once more. Blood streamed down her face as Jake beat her continuously.

“Please stop Jake.” Carter managed to whimper.

“Do 당신 believe me now Carter?! Have 당신 gotten it into your thick head yet?!” Jake shouted.

“Jake, no matter what 당신 say, you’re not going to stop me from loving Harry. You’ve hurt me both physically and emotionally now, happy? Please just leave me here to die.” Carter croaked. Jake bent down beside Carter.

“That wouldn’t be any fun, would it? I’m afraid I can’t leave here until I’m finished with you, and I’m far from finished babe.” He laughed, stroking her cheek and pressing his lips onto hers.

Jake picked her up and smashed Carter against the 벽 once again. He began to 키스 Carter forcefully as his hands explored her body, stopping at her bum. Carter tried to push him away but his strong build over-powered her. His lips moved to her neck and he began sucking and nibbling on it as she screamed in pain. He began to unzip her dress as she cried quietly, begging him to stop.

“Oi! Get the fuck off her!” a voice boomed through the alleyway. Carter’s eyes lit up. She knew 의해 the deep tone of voice that it was Will.

“Will.” She gasped in delight. Jake scowled at Carter. “Goodnight princess.” He smirked before knocking her out. She dropped to the ground and he began to drag her away from the direction of Will, but he soon reached a dead end.

“You fucking bastard Jake. How the fuck could 당신 do this to her?!” Will roared pointing to the lifeless girl bleeding on the floor. Jake shrugged. “I could ask your friend Harry the same thing.” He chuckled. “You leave Harry out of this! He fucking loves that girl!” Will spat. “Oh! So that explains why he’s fucking my sister as we speak?” Jake laughed.

Will had enough. He stepped closer to Jake and punched him in the face. “Go before I do something I regret.” Will grunted in Jake’s ear. Jake delivered a cheap-shot to Will before running off. Will bent down beside Carter and scooped her up in his arms. He put her safely in the back of his car and drove home.

“F-Fuck Lucy.” Harry cursed as Lucy thrust into him. She placed sloppy kisses down his bare chest. “Your turn.” Lucy whispered as they rolled over and Harry lay on top. His thrusts were full of lust. Not 사랑 또는 compassion, just lust.

Suddenly, a lump formed in Harry’s throat. He didn’t know why, but something didn’t feel right. “Why have 당신 stopped?” Lucy sulked. He rang a taxi and waited 의해 the street. Checking his phone, he noticed that he had three missed calls from Will. He listened to each of them.

“Harry, where are you? Are 당신 alright?”

“Harry, I can’t find Carter anywhere! Is she with you?”

“Harry, I just found Carter unconscious in an alleyway. Hope you’re happy, 당신 prick.”

Harry kicked the 벽 behind him. What has he done?

Carter slowly opened her eyes to find Will beside her, cleaning her cuts. “W-What happened?” she murmured, ribbing her head. “I found 당신 like this in the alleyway babe. But don’t worry, you’re 안전한, 안전 now.” Will smiled. The memories of earlier on tonight flooded back to Carter. She hugged into Will chest and cried into his shoulder. “Carter, don’t worry. Jake won’t touch 당신 anymore.” Will soothed, stroking Carter’s hair.

Carter sniffed and pulled away from Will. “Where’s Harry? Is he okay?” she panicked. “Yeah, he’s fine Carter, don’t worry. Why don’t 당신 go up to bed? And Harry will be here when 당신 wake up tomorrow.” Will suggested. Carter nodded and wiped the tears out of her eyes. She climbed off Will’s lap and went into the kitchen, filling herself a glass of water. “Night Will.” She spoke quietly. “Night Carter. See 당신 tomorrow princess.” He smiled. Carter kissed him on the cheek and headed upstairs before strolling into her bedroom.

The front door opened and in staggered Harry. Will looked at him in disgust and turned away. “I just got your voicemail Will, what happened to Carter?! Is she okay?! Where is she?!” Harry quizzed all at once. “She’s upstairs Harry. And yes, she’s fine. Considering she was almost raped less than an 시간 ago.” Will told Harry not making any eye contact with him. “Who tried to fucking rape her?!” Harry yelled.

“Harry would 당신 shut the fuck up! Carter’s asleep! And it was Jake.” Will grunted. “I’m going to fucking murder him.” Harry spoke through gritted teeth. “And to think, all of this happened while 당신 were getting a fucking blow-job off Lucy.” Will remarked, shaking his head. Harry opened his mouth to speak, but nothing came out. Will stood up and made his way to the door, not wanting to be in the same room as Harry any longer. Harry followed him out.

“Can I ask 당신 something Harry? Who means 더 많이 to you, Carter 또는 Lucy?” Will questioned. “How can 당신 even think about asking that 질문 Will?!” Harry exclaimed. “Just answer me Harry.” Will said sternly. “Carter.” Harry spoke without hesitation. “Really? Because it doesn’t seem that way.” Will said before leaving the house and driving off. Harry shut the door and ran his hands through his curls in frustration. Why was his life so fucked up?

He made himself a cup of 차 and got ready for bed. He stripped down to his boxers and messed up his hair. Knowing that he wouldn’t be able to sleep otherwise, he went upstairs to check in on Carter. He peered into the room. There he saw Carter in the corner of her room, gliding a sharp object down her wrist and sobbing quietly.

“Carter what are 당신 doing?!” Harry ran over to Carter and bent down beside her. He took the sharp object from her hand and looked down at her. She gazed up at him, her eyes lighting up when she saw it was Harry. He opened his arms for a hug and she gladly accepted, cuddling into his chest tightly. “I thought 당신 weren’t coming 집 Harry.” She whispered into his chest. Harry kissed Carter’s forehead and rocked her lightly in his arms. “I’m here now Carter.” He told her.

He lifted her up and put her down on the bed. Running into the bathroom, he grabbed a cloth and sat down beside her, dabbing her bloody wrists as she winced in pain. “Carter, how did Jake hurt you?” Harry asked softly. “Will went to the bathroom and Jake sat beside me. I couldn’t remember who he was so he introduced himself and told me he was one of your 프렌즈 and that 당신 told him to take me home.” Carter began shakily. Harry nodded, gesturing for her to continue.

“I left the club with him but I soon remembered who he was so I tried to run. He grabbed me back and dragged me into an alleyway. Then he started to beat me and tried to take my clothes off.” Carter added, glancing up at Harry with a 메리다와 마법의 숲 smile on her face. “But I’m okay now.” She told him, but the cuts and bruises, her black eye and the love-bites on her neck told a whole different story.

“You should get some sleep babe. It would make 당신 feel a lot better.” Harry remarked, rubbing Carter’s leg. Carter nodded, sipping her water. Harry stood up and strolled towards the door. “Harry?” Carter’s weak voice whispered. “Yeah?” he replied, turning to face her.

“Could 당신 please stay with me? Just for tonight?” she croaked.

A small smile placed on Harry’s lips and he nodded. She removed the cloth from her bloody wrists while Harry climbed into the bed. He pulled her closer to him and she snuggled into his chest. He delicately stroked her hair as her eyes became heavy in his arms.

“Carter? Can 당신 promise me something?” Harry asked in a hushed tone. “What’s that?” Carter queried. “Can 당신 please stop cutting yourself? I’m always here if you’re upset, 당신 can tell me anything. Can 당신 promise to stop for me?” Harry pleaded. Carter paused before replying: “I promise.” She leaned in and pecked Harry on the lips.

“Carter, I 사랑 you. Please remember that I will always 사랑 you, forever and ever.” He told her. “I 사랑 당신 too Harry.” Carter whispered back. They both soon fell asleep.

Harry knew from then on, that if he wanted to keep Carter, he was going to have to change, in order to stop making the same mistakes.
