From left to right they are Zayn Javaad Malik (19) Niall James Horan (18) Harry Edward Styles (18) Louis William Tomlinson (20) Liam James Payne (18)
They are all British, accept Niall who is Irish. They were formed on the X Factor, where they all entered as solo artists. They didnt make it, so they were put together as a group. The first song they sang together was torn. They didnt win the X Factor, they came in 3rd but Simon Cowell (a.k.a.) Uncle Simon signed them anyway.
