Definitely. I mean, Cruella and Maleficent have been allies for quite some time and Cruella hasn't betrayed Mal yet, whereas Regina has. I think Mal still holds a small grudge against Regina. Plus Cruella's her "friend" as well as ally.

I thought this question read whose side are you on at first. However I'm on mobile so changing my vote would be a royal pain because the mobile site sucks.

Honestly it's hard to say I mean Regina and Mal have a deeper and longer history and I think Mal does like her. But there is the whole betrayal thing. And Cruella's pretty close with her. I guess I'd have to go with Cruella. But as I said the mobile site is a pain so I'll probably change my vote in the morning if I remember.
