- Electro-shock torture
- Almost had her sould sucked out by a dementor (we're still just gonna call it a dementor!)
- Absorbed that killing curse at the well
- Put pretty much all her energy into saving them from the fail safe
- Pan knocking her out
- Seeing the price of stopping Pan's curse
- Tink and her poppies
- Punched in the mouth in The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter
- Thrown into and over a glass table during that fight in which she teamed up with her mom
- Charming shoving her aside in The Doctor so he could try to shoot Dan
- Dan trying to choke her to death
- Got punched in the face by Snow in the first episode of season 3
- Spraining her ankle after the fire Gold set
- That fire Gold set in general
- Ripping her own heart out in Quite A Common Fairy
- Tink squeezing her heart
- Ripping her own heat out again in NYC Serenade
- Flying monkey cutting her arm
- Getting thrown against a wall by Emma in the season 1 finale
- Gold gagging her in the season 1 finale
- Ariel stabbing her with a fork in the neck
- That whole scene in the Evil Queen where her own guards try to execute her
- Snow having to cleanse her wound from the above
- Her mother's implied abuse

And if we want to get into all that little stuff

- Regina hitting her head on the hood of her car
- Regina hitting her head on that light in The Doctor
- Basically Regina clumsily hitting her head on things

And I'm 99% sure there are more.

So it's either Regina (because she was tortured and all the rest of stuff) or Hook (because he has been puched a trillion times by every character lol)

The man did get his hand chopped off, hit by a car, beat up and thrown in a closet (lol, I think he's great, but that was funny), nearly beaten to death by Rumple, kicked in the balls, and, as mentioned, punched countless times. x3

I'm sure there's other stuff that has happened, too, those were just the things that first came to mind. XD

Plus the process of getting his stub taken care of to be fitted for a hook , which was probably painful.

I can't even imagine what it would feel like to cut through all that flesh and bone...it gives me shivers just thinking about it. Brave man, Hook.

Still sticking with Hook since he got his hand cut off...gotta hurt. Been run over, punched, knocked out several times so yep. Regina next because she got tortured and continuously gets knocked out then probably Charming because he basically died twice and seems to get into plenty of fights. The rest of them have all been knocked out or punched/shot/beat up at the least...like Gold knocking Ruby out, Emma getting punched, Neal and Belle both getting shot, Rumple broke his ankle (on purpose though), Snow...can't really think of anything but she has been in plenty of fights and Cora had her heart poisoned which has gotta hurt.

Idk Regina did have electric shock torture but Hook was pretty much physically by every single character including Belle....... That's just sad lol
