This is a glossary of sorts to my 기사 "Is Killing Ever Justified?". Please read it first link.

OUAT Legal Dictionary

"There are actually 4 kinds of homicide: Felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy. It makes little difference to the victim which sort they die of; the classification is mostly for the benefit of lawyers."

By US definition:

homicide n. the killing of a human being due to the act 또는 omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides...

I expect this will get quite a bit of criticism, so a disclaimer before I start: it is not my intention to bash Neal. I'm trying not to find reasons which aren't there and if I saying anything untrue, feel free to correct me. Please don't complain if I say things 당신 just don't like, but if I get something specifically canonically wrong, tell me so.

This post is me trying to articulate exactly why it is I'm not fond of Neal. I'm simply trying to just lay out what it is about him that irks me while being as objective and impartial as I can. Some of this post will overlap with other 기사 and...

Did anyone else see the parallels between the compass in "Tallahassee" and the magic 콩 in "...And Straight On 'Til Morning"?

Both the 콩 and the compass are necessary tools to travel between the worlds and are a symbol of hope. Both items take a lot of hassle to procure - climbing the beanstalk and fighting the giant for the compass and growing and fighting Tamara and Greg for the bean.

In "Tallahassee" Emma has the compass and refuses to let Hook hold it before deciding to not to risk trusting him and chaining him up. She couldn't risk trusting him because she had to get back to Henry....

After saw the set pict, I have some 질문 and this are some theories to answered that question, I hope 당신 enjoy read it

1. Why emma the one who meet him in NY? Nael got the postcard, I honestly though after he receive that postcard, he immediately fly to storybrooke and 검색 for emma

Theory 1
nael decide to 옮기기 on. He doesn't know about henry and decided that emma is his past and need to stay as his past.

Theory 2
he feel guilty and can't face emma yet

2. Why emma in NY? why she willingly leave her family and storybrooke to meet someone who broke her heart?

Theory 1
He called and ask her...

I didn't write this...it makes sense though..

Olmpiias Wrote:

I think in the end we will find out Rumple manipulated the whole thing...Even down to Daniel's death 의해 Cora and Regina's hatred of Snow..etc. Remember without the prior events, the Dark Curse, Invented 의해 Rumple, would never have been used.

I think in the end Rumple will be the true villain, not Regina.

I agree. I think Rump knew Cora before Regina was even born. Since the show likes to remind us (read: drill it into our heads) that "evil isn't born, it's made" I think we will eventually see how Rumpel "made" Regina evil, possibly orchestrating...

My idea of a cool episode for OUAT is:

Cora uses a fireball spell to cast Regina's house on 불, 화재 after evilly criticising her in Storybrooke and traps her inside the house.

Meanwhile Henry and Emma are watching the news and hear of a 'house 불, 화재 in Storybrooke' and how a woman was trapped in the blaze! Henry and Emma
are shocked! Emma went to investigate (because it's her job as sheriff). Henry sneaks out after her to see if his other mum is okay, even though he thinks she's 'evil.'

Emma Spots Cora leaving Reginas house and 질문 her about the fire. Cora says cunningly: "Thats what she deserves!"...

Despite OUAT being intended as a family-friendly TV series, it contains a lot of story-lines and pairings which involve a lack of consent 또는 dubious consent. Most of these are not recognised 또는 acknowledged within the story. These are the ones I've identified:

During the flashbacks in The 심장 Is A Heavy Hunter, Regina ripped out the Huntsman's heart, squeezed it to display the effect this would have and threatened to crush it if he ever disobeyed her. She then kissed him against his will and ordered him taken to her bedchamber. The clear implication here is that she raped him. The writers...

"Magic always has its price".

This is a well-known quote from Once Upon A Time, first uttered 의해 Rumplestilskin in the season 1 episode The Price Of Gold. When I first heard it, I assumed that he was saying this simply to manipulate 신데렐라 and to justify killing her fairy-godmother. I was surprised to hear other characters, and 팬 in this club, later repeating it as if it were gospel.

I've looked at different forms of magic within Once Upon A Time, trying to determine their price. For some, the price is clear. For others, I can only identify limitations rather than a price, 또는 the price...

Mirror, mirror on the screen, who are the best and worst actors on the show?
Mirror, mirror on the screen, who are the best and worst actors on the show?
I thought of this while I was doing my 투표 about the best villain actors on the show. It also made me think of the Nostalgia Critic's best and worst Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes videos. So I decided to do a list of the best and worst actors on the show. Now, I would like to make ONE THING PERFECTLY CLEAR! Just because someone is in the worst list, it DOESN'T mean that I think they're a bad actor, just that I think that they're 연기 isn't as good as the others. Because I think the 연기 in Once Upon A Time is absolutely brilliant. So here is my list of both the worst of the best...
