I don't see WHY someone would consider this thing as "cheating", but PeaceInDenial's cousin is right, because those R4 carts are, indeed, illegal. Why? Because they're mainly used to store multiple NDS games inside one little cart. How? By downloading them from emuparadise, or any other site that offers illegal roms for download and connecting the R4 to the computer (I think you have to buy an adapter, or something, to do that).
