He is calm, level-headed, and somewhat arrogant, but he is still finding himself. Although going through what he did at such a young age, he still learned to forgive, but not forget. If you forget an event what good was it in the first place. Thats why you should always forgive, but never forget. I think of him as very noble for doing so. He is also very sure of himself, and even though he ACTS arrogant, he is not one to put others below himself. That is why i like Neji better XD
