In the episode "Jet lag", we don't see if anything actually happened between Tony, and Ziva. But it would seem that they have shared the 침대 during their night at the hotel, (though this was not explicitly said). During this episode Tony, and Ziva see that there still is a spark between them, but like I said, nothing "real" happens.
