I'm not quiet sure but I think later on in the episodes on 나루토 Shippuden 나루토 and Sakura go on a mission and get really close and possibly kiss. :o (basing on a picture I got from a possible episode)

Episode 469 in the 망가 shows Sakura's confession to 나루토 her 사랑 :D

She avoids telling him that their 프렌즈 in Konoha have decided to kill Sasuke. Instead, Sakura tells 나루토 that she no longer has feelings for Sasuke and that she now loves him. 나루토 accuses her of lying to herself.
