as I said Im not kidding when I said that without his speed Raikage woulndt be a match for Hinata remember the Hyugas byakyugan can read the chakra flow so Hinata can attack the right point and with Hinatas Hyuga martial art she would face no problem dodging any of Raikages attack.Have you read any Chinese fiction that kind of martial art is used to deal with opponents with brute strength.
Of course everything I said is on assuming that Raikage were not fast if he is(and yes he is)he can crush Hinata in 1 second

the reason why Neji attack didnt have any effect on Kidomaru because he wasnt expecting Kidomaru to use that silk armor.The second time he noticed that and killed Kidomaru remember.And yes there must be a weak point no defense is really absolute Rakage has to release that raiton armor through the chakra system in his body and that system is not the same throughout the body you know. its the normal effect when two powerful attacks clash with each other.this is just an effect the writter add to make it looks more dramatic.think this way:if it can destroy evrything aroung Raiakge then why Sasuke was unharmed.If it can crush even the ground then Sasukes body should have been crushed into pieces right?

Hinata can see through almost any jutsu as Neji can do to the Byakugan which means even the slightest little weakness will be an easy target for her and every hit from her takes down a chakra point so if she gets through the armor he would be screwed.
