I do think Tobi had the Rinnegan at first. Mostly because I don't believe he is Madara. My theory starts here. Tobi was a strong ninja, an Uchiha who had the highest level of the Sharingan, the Rinnegan. (Since it has already been proven the Rinengan is the highest form of the Sharingan.) Tobi found Nagato as a young child, maybe while on a mission, and somehow knew he would grow up to be a strong ninja. Tobi, in turn, gave Nagato the Rinnegan. Now, Tobi was unprepared to lose the Rinnegan and be back at square one. He lived alone, flawlessly coming up with his Eye of The Moon plan, developing his Tobi personality, and later, secretly planing how to get into the Akatsuki. He joined the Akatsuki, and while Konan didn't believe him, this would be how he 'deserves to get the Rinnegan back.' He 로스트 everything because he gave it to Nagato, so he took it.

Just Every 인기 아니메 .. I Don't Really Understand Those Who Hate 나루토 , They Probably Don't Have A Good Reason ,
I Like Many 아니메 But They Don't Have Match For 나루토 ,
Dragon Ball Z: Good 아니메 , But Can't Say Better Than 나루토 . Cause It's Story . Dragon Ball Z Include Aliens (Very Old Fashined) . Especially Dragon Ball GT (Sucking Story) . Dragon Ball Z Probably Don't Really Have A Match For Naruto.
Bleach: 초 Most 인기 아니메 Going (As Seen On Some Site) But Bleach is Still 초 And 나루토 @ 1st. Bleach Have A Great Story But If We See 사무용 겉옷, 전반적인 Then 나루토 is Better.
Vampire Knight: The People Who Watch Both (Naruto & V.Knight) Can Truly Judge Which 아니메 is Better !
There Are Too Many Other 아니메 Too .. But "There Can Only Be One Number 1 And 나루토 is Number 1"
