Miley's the better singer but Lucy is the better actress. Either way, I find Miley to be a more interesting person because she doesn't conform to the norm. She has short hair and is gorgeous, she's comfortable with sexuality, doesn't give a crap what anyone things. uses her haters as motivation and doesn't let them get to her, has an amazing heart, and is an all around great person. Lucy is great too. While I do think Miley is prettier, I was absolutely mesmerized by her beauty. She's so gorgeous and talented.
