Michael and Caroline were walking together in the street.. Caroline started telling the whole story.

Caroline:"No.. I have to tell u everything.. Then I went at his house.. and his mum said he was at a bar.. then I saw him with another girl..They were holding hands.. laughing.."

Michael:"I'm sorry.. very sorry.. i wish to do something to help.."

Caroline:"I need a hug.."

Michael gave a big lovable hug.. she felt safe.. she didn't feel alone.. She was cheering up.. she felt something that she never felt.. she didn't know what it was.. but she felt something.. and she knew that she felt something for Michael..

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ 팬 plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the 팬 group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson 팬 plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly 스플릿, 분할 for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

Michael's name has the exact letters to describe him. He had the sweetest voice for such a young child and the smoothest dance moves. We would have talent shows at our school 또는 community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

As he and we grew older we still enjoyed his sounds and performances. No one makes all perfect decisions in their lives. As with many a great artist he had some ups and downs. But through it all, his musical talents have been phenomenal genius.

TMZ has learned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died is getting a serious boost in security -- so nobody messes with the super-expensive property while it's on the market.



Sources connected to the 집 tell us ... now that people know the 집 is "vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe."

As we previously reported, the owners are requiring potential buyers to go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" before they can even walk in the door ... just to keep out the riffraff.

The 집 is currently on the market for a cool $28 mil.

The company suing the Michael Jackson estate for $300 million over the Jackson family 음악회, 콘서트 that never took place just got two strikes against it, and the pitcher was a federal judge.


The judge on Tuesday threw out two of the three claims AllGood Entertainment filed against the estate, AEG and Frank Dileo.

The suit claims Dileo, MJ's alleged former manager, made a deal with AllGood that Michael would perform at a Jackson Family 음악회, 콘서트 before doing any other gigs. 의해 launching the 런던 series of concerts, AllGood claims Jackson breached his deal and cost AllGood a bundle.

But a federal judge ruled AllGood's claim for fraud and tortious interference (i.e., intermeddling) was bogus. All that is left of the lawsuit is a breach of contract claim.

The estate claims Dileo never had authority to make a deal with AllGood.

MZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will go about his normal business -- seeing patients -- on the anniversary of Michael Jackson's death.


We're told Murray will not visit MJ's mausoleum Friday, because it will cause a scene. He will, we're told, pay his respects around that time, when no one is there.

Miranda Sevcik, the PR rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "Dr. Murray will be mourning privately. He doesn't want to distract people 의해 reminding them of Michael's death. He'd rather people remember his friend, Michael Jackson, as he was in life

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the 런던 concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed 의해 Joe Jackson.


TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG 의해 filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the 음악회, 콘서트 promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.

Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a 심장 resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.

According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment 의해 enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."

Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.

AEG and Murray had no comment.
