A few months later
Rebecca was sitting on the ground, cross-legged, and playing with Brandon. She had a few of his toys out, too, so he could get used to playing with them. Brandon's hair was growing out a bit and she could literally put some of his hair in a low ponytail. She found it rather funny. Brandon's hair is rather curly, too. 'Definitely like his father.' Rebecca thought, helping Brandon stand up. Michael walked into the room and looked at Brandon and Rebecca and smiled. Then his face went from a smile...to shocked. Rebecca released Brandon's arms and he started walking! "He's walking? He's walking!" Rebecca said, her face going into a grin. Brandon took a few steps and Michael was lucky enough to record it on his phone. Michael caught Brandon walking up to him and hugging his legs. Michael chuckled and bent down and picked Brandon up. He turned his phone off and held Brandon close to him. "Good job walking, little man." He said. Brandon giggled and so did Rebecca. She stood up and walked over to Michael and hugged him. Michael put his free arm around Rebecca and pulled her closer to him. "My dad's gonna be shocked to find out about Brandon." Michael looked at Rebecca. "You weren't able to tell him?" "Nope...I completely forgot to tell him." "Who is your father anyway?" Rebecca bit her lip and looked up at him. "David Bowie is my father." Michael was shocked to hear it. "THE David Bowie? He was your father? But how come your last name is Ishtar?" "When my mom and dad divorced, she decided to take back her last name." "Oh, I see. Well, I'd 사랑 to meet him." "I don't know, Michael...he's rather strange, if 당신 ask me." "He shouldn't be that strange. Anyway, why didn't 당신 tell him?" "He...he's not one to be joyous when someone in the family has a child." "Well, let's change his mind. 당신 are his only daughter, aren't you?" "Yeah I am." "Well, come on. Let's go see him." Rebecca gave in, finally, and they got into Michael's car and they drove off to her father's house.
About 45 분 later
They arrived at David Bowie's house in northern California. Rebecca then remembered how close he was living to Paul and Linda. They got out of the car and walked up to the door and knocked. Rebecca got nervous about telling her dad about Brandon over the phone...and she didn't think telling him in person was a smart 옮기기 to make, either. Soon enough, he opened the door to see her. "Hey...dad." She said softly. "Rebecca? My, you've grown since I last saw you." He said. Rebecca got really nervous. "Dad, can we come in?" He looks to see Michael and a little baby boy. "Sure. Come on in. Who is this anyway?" Michael and Rebecca walk into the house with Brandon and she turns to her father. "Dad, this is Michael Jackson. Michael, this is my father...David Bowie." Michael extends his free hand and David takes it and shakes hands with him. "Nice to meet you, sir." Michael said. "Nice to meet you, too, Michael. Oh, who's this?" Rebecca knew he saw Brandon. "Dad...this is mine and Michael's son, Brandon." David looked at Rebecca, shocked. "Your...son?" "Yeah." Rebecca told him what happened and everything, explaining that she and Michael were dating and she got pregnant. "I can't believe this...my only daughter..." "I'm sorry I haven't told you, dad, but...I was afraid of telling you." Suddenly, he hugged Rebecca. "My little girl is all grown up." He pulled away from the hug and looked at her. "How come 당신 didn't want to tell me?" "I was afraid, dad. I didn't know 당신 expected me to be like this." He rolls his eyes. "Rebecca...sweetie...I'd always expect this." He then looks at her left hand and sees a ring. "And I see he proposed to you. When did he propose?" "He proposed a few months ago. We're unsure of the wedding date." They sat down and talked about it. Michael handed Brandon to him and he held Brandon carefully. While talking about the wedding and how it's gonna be, he brought up that he was willing to have her and Michael up onstage, with Brandon, with him to do a song. "Depending on the song, dad." "How about...Magic Dance? Michael can perform some of his dances if he wants to." "Or a little skit to go along with it?" "Perfect!" Rebecca smiled and knew that when she was younger and heard Magic Dance for the first time, she's imagined her and a guy performing it as a skit while her dad sang it.
After a couple hours
Rebecca looked at her watch and saw that it was about 8:30pm. "It's getting late, dad. I think we should head out." She said. David stood up and handed Brandon back to her. "Well, it was nice of 당신 to come visit, and it was nice to meet you, Michael Jackson." He said, extending his hand out to Michael. Michael took it and shook hands with him. "It was nice to meet you, too, Mr. Bowie." Michael said and they released the handshake. They waved goodbye and headed out the door and to the car and soon headed home.
Back at Neverland Ranch
Michael parked the car and he and Rebecca got out, getting Brandon out of his car-seat, and heading inside the house. They headed into their room and put Brandon in his little Mickey 쥐, 마우스 pajamas and put him in his crib. Rebecca covered him slightly with his little blue blanket and he soon fell asleep. Michael moved Mickey 쥐, 마우스 over to him slightly and he soon grabbed Mickey. Michael smiled. Rebecca looked at Michael and smiled at him. "He's so much like you, Michael." She said. Michael put his arm around Rebecca and smiled. "I can tell." He turns his head to Rebecca and kisses her and she kisses back. They release the 키스 and change into their pajamas and head to 침대 and soon fall asleep.
