(unrelated MJ question)... but I need your help please.

So I was certain this boy wanted to 키스 cuz he held my hands and got really close to me and looked into my eyes. But as soon as tried to 키스 him he moved away and said
"Wooo! What are 당신 doing?!"
I said "You were about to 키스 me right?"
He said "No" keeps flirting with me everytime I see him so I know he really likes me and wants to be 더 많이 than 프렌즈 with me. Why wouldn't he 키스 me?
Now I feel completely stupid and embarrassed and a little hurt.
