Ok so when 당신 go on Fanpop's homepage, scroll down to Browse Clubs (it should be under updated 포럼 and besides fanpicks.) ok then 당신 should see a button that says +create new club. 당신 click on that and it'll make your club. 당신 can name it and then 편집 and add things to it.
