Because MJ as a young man still a quite high voice, and was childlike, the tabloids made up a story that "they" (don't remember who) castrated him, because they didn't want him to loose the beautiful voice he had as a kid. The autopsy proved once and for all that the rumor was false. The story about his body hair isn't true. Michael had body and facial hair. Like other dancers, he shaved it off before performances for aesthetic reasons.
