One, is Macrobiotic cooking, the diet and way of life. 당신 can take classes in how to use Macrobiotic Cooking. Eat plenty of miso, and have as much 된장, 된 장 soup, as 당신 can.
The second, is Dr. Johanna Budwigs protocol of 엷은 황갈색, 아마 seed oil and 엷은 황갈색, 아마 seed, mixed with quark and other foods.
Her book, which includes recipes, is excellent.
Do not have any 더 많이 chemo 또는 radiation, as it kills not only unhealthy cells, but the good ones. It destroys your immune system.
