because the english translation is nowhere to be found.. i've been waiting over a 년 for it to get updated but it hasn't. i just really want to know whats going on and what they're saying cause this is the last chapter 4-3. i really, really, really want to know it since it's the end

This 망가 series has been licensed 의해 Sublime, so was dropped 의해 the scanlation group. I'm afraid there won't be any English scanlations of the last chapter.
Sublime released the first volume back in July and have no set 날짜 for the 초 yet. So it will be a while before they release the fourth volume.
I can't find a summary of the last chapter so I can't help 당신 there.
