First of all, I'm so sorry for 당신 loss. My deepest condolences for 당신 and your family.

Losing someone 당신 사랑 it probable the worst thing that can happen, but the good news is time will heal the pain.

Try to focus on his life, not his death. Remember him for the wonderful person he was. Talk about him with your family and friends, even if it makes 당신 cry. Crying is a natural way of dealing with your emotions and it's nothing to be ashamed off. Also, don't feel guilty if something funny happens and 당신 laugh. Talk about nice memories of your uncle when 당신 want to, but also don't be afraid to talk about something entirely else too. That's the first step to living your life without him. Once the memorial service and funeral stuff are over 당신 have to get back to your normal life. Talk about him when 당신 want to, even if his death has been a long time ago, grieving takes time. Deal with this in your way, not the way 당신 thing 당신 have to if that doesn't feel right for you.

Remember: focus on his life, not his death. Don't think of all the moment 당신 miss with him, but of all the moments 당신 shared with him.

I wish 당신 and your family all the strength tomorrow and in all the hard days to come.

If 당신 want to talk more, feel free to send me a message!

Lots of love,

Eline

I agree. I am so sorry about what happened to your uncle. I know how 당신 feel- half of my entire family is dead. But what I do is not negatively think about his death, but think positive about his life.

I'd suggest to speak on his behalf at the momorial sevice and say why 당신 loved him so much and how 당신 still do. I hope the memorial service works out and you'll remember that he is in a better place and he would probably be nothing without 당신 and your family. Good luck! ^_^

사랑 as always,

Emma <3

P.S. If 당신 want to talk to me about it, I would be 더 많이 than happy!
