Well I think I'm pretty popular-I mean almost the whole school knows me and I don't know half the people that say "hi" to me...I'm very quiet I don't think I'm very good at impressing people

Talk to him! Get his phone number/email from his friend, find him on Facebook.... Get to know him and if 당신 still like him, then if you're comfortable, tell him how 당신 feel. 당신 can always write a note 또는 get someone else to tell him (I don't suggest the latter). Good luck!

I've been in the same situation you're in. I ended up not telling him, but I regretted it after he moved to a different school. It'd probably be best if 당신 told him. If he rejects, then so be it. Who knows, maybe he has a crush on 당신 too!
