Is he teasing me 또는 really wants to be my boyfriend?

So my crush for the past couple of days has said that he is going to send my big sister a friend request on 페이스북 and send her a message saying that he's my boyfriend. He's changed what he was going to send to my sister like "I'm going to tell her that I'm that guy that 당신 talk to all the time." 또는 something else like that. Is he just teasing me when he said that 또는 when he said that he was going to tell my sister that he's my boyfriend, was he trying to say that he is/wants to be my boyfriend?
