1. Alexa and Katie
High school is hard for all students, but it's even more difficult for somebody who is dealing with personal challenges that most teens don't. That is the case for Alexa, who is undergoing cancer treatment while trying to adjust to high school. She maintains her outgoing personality and enthusiasm for life despite her health issues, thanks in part to loyal best friend Katie remaining by her side through it all. Whether they're at school, home or the hospital, the girls are always by each other's side through thick and thin. Also part of Alexa's life is determined and protective mother Lori.
2. The Bold Type
Putting together a magazine is not an easy task, requiring a lot of teamwork to finish the job and get the publication on newsstand shelves. That's why the staffers responsible for producing global women's magazine Scarlet lean on one another as they try to find their own voices. While working together to publish each issue of the periodical, they struggle to find their identities, manage friendships and find love. The drama series is inspired by the life of longtime magazine editor and executive Joanna Coles, who serves as an executive producer.
3. Charmed
Three sisters discover that they are descendants of a line of female witches and that they are destined to fight against the forces of evil, using their combined power of witchcraft.
4. Community
A lawyer, whose law degree has been revoked, is compelled to join the Greendale Community College. Students of diverse temperaments join his study group which leads to quirky and memorable encounters.
5. Derry Girls
Following Erin and her friends as they grow up in a world of armed police in armoured Land Rovers and British Army check points in 1990s Northern Ireland and attempt to navigate the highs and lows of being teenagers.
6. Good Place
Eleanor, a deceased saleswoman who lived a morally corrupt life, finds herself in a heaven-like afterlife in a case of mistaken identity and tries to hide her past in order to stay there.
7. The OC
Ryan Atwood gets involved with the wealthy, upper-class community of Orange County, where lies a world of shifting loyalties and intrigues.
8. Sisterhood of Travelling Pants
Four best friends spend their first summer apart. In a bid to stay connected with each other, they pass around a pair of denims that fits each one of them, despite their different body structures.
9. The Sweetest Thing
Christina is drawn to Peter but she knows nothing about him except that his brother is getting married. Realising that Peter is perfect for her, she decides to crash the wedding and find him.

It's not the only high school drama here, and out of the descriptions I see this one the least
