Are ash and angela the same 앤젤 ?

So when being chased 의해 the flying monkey ciel sees angela and that s the last of her, then ash has her appearance ? Whats going on

In the last episode of season one, 당신 see Ash where part of his head seems to be sewed on. In place of that section is Angela's face. This is making a reference to a 이전 episode where Ciel sees his parent's with almost the same appearance.
