Are they a secret couple? And ordinary one? Super Tag team? I don't get it Dx

What u said is true.but there are many occasions when usui mentioned misaki as his ''girlfriend'.So it means that they keep it a secret but still maintain a relationship.

though i haven't watched the 아니메 so i dunno bout that but she tells sakura and her other friend(srry i always keep forgetting her name) to keep it a secret from the others cause it would be bad for her image as a president and would set a bad example.
