I see it every day. It happens around me and there's nothing I 또는 anyone can do for that matter. Insecurity, judgement, bullying and the pressure to look perfect.
I put together some 인용구 that may help girls going through a rough time.
"Don't forget who 당신 are among the desire to be fake."
Groups at school judge many girls if they don't dedicate their lives to turning plastic, if their not sporting the right hairstyle 또는 clothes, if their face is clear from makeup, if your not the right body shape and if they actually care about school. Most of the girls that waste their time judging others have insecurity problems of their own. So to all the girls that have self-image problems 또는 anything else, don't let these girls and don't let your own mind draw 당신 into a life of misery, judgement and pressure. 당신 are 당신 and 당신 are great the way 당신 are and believe in yourself ALWAYS.
Beauty is nothing if your not kindhearted, if 당신 don't have a dream and if your 심장 isn't open to heartache."
The 이미지 we see of 유명인사 looking slim and gorgeous drive girls to major lengths to look like them. Trust me it's not worth it. When I was in grade five and six, it was three years ago, I went into a eating disorder. My dream was to be a model and the pictures I saw of Jennifer Hawkins and Miranda Kerr and many others made me 질문 if I was skinny enough. I was already skinny but saw flaws when I looked at myself and then I was over exercising and under eating, luckily I gained control before I went to far and before ended up in hospital, I realised what I was doing to myself, but I went far enough. I wont go into details. So seriously girls do not stoop that low, whatever 당신 look like now is fantastic. 사랑 who 당신 are and live for yourself.
Now, what I said in the quote about being kindhearted, having a dream and open to heartache, those three things are important in life. Care for your 프렌즈 and those 당신 may not necessarily hang out with, know where 당신 want to go in life and do anything 당신 need to do to get there, and for the heartache part. It may not sound very appealing but getting into a relationship and then getting your heartbroken 또는 breaking someone else's heart, even though its not nice, is a big part of growing up and living your life. Its a life experience and 당신 learn from your mistakes.
"Let your words into others hearts"
Another thing that is really bad is keeping to many worries and to many of your problems to yourself. Talk to people. Your best friend, your mum, your sister 또는 even a counselor. Voicing a lot of things may be hard, and confiding in 프렌즈 and relatives may be hardest of all but a counselor is best. They aren't allowed to share what 당신 say, so it's sort of like whats said in the counselors room stays in the counselors room. Confiding in someone who cares for 당신 is the best way to cope with many things. I shouldn't be telling 당신 what to do since I don't do it myself but we'll just call me a primary source. Anyways, people depend on 당신 so take advantage of them and depend on them too.
"Let the truth be told, there's nothing worse then being named a liar"
The truth in many ways is quite harmful but lies are far worse. Maybe 당신 might be lying to help someone but that lie always comes back and bites 당신 on the ass. They cause many fights, arguments and a lot of broken friendships and hearts. Whether it's telling the truth in a major situation 또는 의해 giving 조언 on a outfit 또는 other things like that, anything, always tell the truth. It makes 당신 a better person.
NOTE: I'm not pretending to be a expert on 조언 and what I wrote might be useless but I wrote it because I care and am trying to do what I can. Also because 프렌즈 and relatives have insecurity's and I'm sick of hearing about girls who hate them selves.
