So, since I am self quarantining and am not going to work until April 2nd, I thought it would be fun to write an 기사 of stuff I am doing 또는 would recommend others to do during this time. If 당신 can, find some menthol whether in soap 또는 bubble bath to pour in to clear out your sinuses also if you're sick 또는 if 당신 just like the smell like I do.

Play The Sims 4 💚

If 당신 have a PC 또는 Mac, right now link is having a sale on many packs. Most stuff packs not included. But the base game is $5! Yep, that's right. It is $5!!! The sale will be going on until March 23, so get it while 당신 can! Although I must warn you, 당신 will be addicted after so buyer beware 😉

Color 🎨

If you've got anxiety 또는 depression over your job 또는 health 또는 of the health of your loved ones, it helps to just color. Trust me. Whether 당신 color in coloring 책 또는 on a tablet 또는 phone, it is worth it. There are many free apps to download with many unique pictures to color. It is low stress and the outcome is great. I use Paint 의해 Number & Tap Color daily, and all of their pictures are free. If you'd like to step up your "gaming" a little, there is another amazing app called 'Gallery the game' that is a coloring/decorating rolled into one.

Read!! 📚

읽기 is one of the most accessible things online 당신 can do, and I mean 읽기 actual 책 not just articles. If your 도서관, 라이브러리 is closed, and 당신 don't own much 읽기 material there are some other options for you. Start a Journal ✍️

I can't physically write because I have arthritis and gripping a pen for too long is painful. But I have recently started up a blog I made years 이전 and adding to it. I deleted all old posts and started over. Nobody's 읽기 it, but I don't need them to. It's for ME. Do something for YOU. Talk about your pets, your fashion style, the area 당신 live in. It can be very therapeutic to just get something off your chest, whatever it may be. 당신 can find many sites that are free for blogs. I use Blogspot.

Bake Something Sweet 🧁

Most of the time, people tend to have ingredients for a cake mix 또는 쿠키 so that's why I suggested this. Luckily because of the fact that I have a sweet tooth that is unmatched, I am always prepared for this. I have stuff to make cupcakes, brownies, and 쿠키 and I'll be taking advantage of that a lot in the coming days.

Make Some Time for YOU!! 👍

This is perhaps the most important thing on the list, because if 당신 don't take care of yourself how can 당신 expect to take care of anyone/anything else? If 당신 have young children 또는 family 또는 프렌즈 at 집 with you, just set aside a couple hours just for you. Don't go on social media, maybe don't even watch TV. I like to lay in 침대 and listen to classical 또는 soft jazz, color on my iPad 또는 continue 읽기 one of many 책 on my to be read list. If your 집 is a loud and chaotic one, consider using earplugs if 당신 have them 또는 putting something over your ears.
