Out of all of the superheroes, 배트맨 is the one with the most 인기 group of villains. 배트맨 may not have superpowers, but his intelligence and skills lead to him fighting 더 많이 supervillains than most, if not, all superheroes. There's so many 배트맨 villains that it can be difficult to keep track of them all. 배트맨 is one of the most 인기 superheroes of all time. Because of this, he's had 더 많이 appearances on the big screen than most superheroes.

Batman's first theatrical appearance was 1943's movie serial, starring Lewis Wilson as 배트맨 and Douglas Croft as Robin. Although the serial is mostly forgotten, it was responsible for the creation of Alfred, played 의해 William Austin, and the Batcave.
