Jang Geun Suk? Jang Keun Suk?

in korean certain letters have almost same pronunciation...like 엘 and R ...G and K...and so on...i think its something related to consonant 또는 vowel placed adjacent to it...any case both are right...in news and 기사 당신 will see G ...but he has made his account everywhere with K

i think in korean k and g pronounce samely. i'm not sure because i'm a indian.....
