anyone know a good program to use to make 아이콘 and 바탕화면 and stuff like tht? much appreciated :)

Um... there§s the usual Photoshop and Gimp and whatnot. But I usually just use the online ones. Likie picnik.com for example.
I'm sure 당신 would be able to find lots of online editors on 구글 :)

i like photofiltre studio! and adobe photoshop CS3 또는 CS4.
