Lower Dolpo Trek comes up with a remarkable trekking experience in the isolated western region of Nepal. The trek starts from Kathmandu and then towards Jhupal through Nepalgunj. The journey through remote sites appreciating the beauty of the rain shadow scenery of the Himalayas, simulated in the exciting sterile slopes of the mountains where you can relish the light and shadow which is an undying attractive sight.
In addition, this is also one of the few parts where the pre-Buddhist Bon-Po religion is still experienced. Although through the trek, we get to deliberate at the yak caravans that preserve the traditional salt trade with Tibet. You will be crossing a couple of high passes Numa La and Baga La-and imitate on life amongst the peaceful waters of Phoksundo Lake.
We will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to your desired hotel. In the afternoon, you can take a rest or visit our workplace. In the evening, we will be enjoying a welcome dinner hosted by Hop Nepal. 
After breakfast, you will be introduced with a tour to several of the most antique and mystical lures in Kathmandu. Some of these benchmarks are measured World Heritage Sites that consists of the momentous Durbar Square, the holy Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath, which is one of the major stupas in the globe. At afternoon, there is likely to become a pre-trip meeting where you can encounter our trek leader and other team associates.
After our short tour in Kathmandu, we take 1-hour long flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, situated in Western Nepal. Nepalgunj, a town nearby the Nepal-India limit, is also the doorway to Simikot, Humla. The place itself is a stimulating Terai town that displays the assorted ethos of Nepal. In Nepalgunj, we explore the local marketplace, mini-zoo and close to towns.
Day 4: Fly from Nepalgunj-Jhupal (Dolpo) (2,320m/7,610ft), trek to Dunai (2,850m/9,348ft)
After breakfast, we are heading towards Jhupal. The place is attractively situated on the Himalayan slopes, with sights of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains to its north. Now, we encounter our trekking operator and start the adventure. We move across adjoining arenas to the Bheri River and its thin valley. We start hiking to Dunai. Then, travel the tiny town in the evening.
Our trek after breakfast starts with the southern bank of the Bheri River towards upstream on a comfortable path. Throughout the way, we cross via different deep valleys, droopy bridges, and remote communities. Our path also consists of a wonderful valley with pine trees and a track constructed around 7m above the river. After hiking for a while, you will be welcomed by the interesting, adjoining arena of Tarakot, a tiny village that stands on a mound to the south of the Bheri River.
We hike along with Tarap Chu river and cross it twofold earlier reaching Sandul Gompa. The gompa is situated on a stage amongst Barbung Khola and Tarap Chu river. We start to hike on a path that takes us via farm walkways and rural towns. After climbing and descendent for sometimes, we lastly reach Laini.
We ascent on a sheer trail and hike with bend above the Tarap River. The journey is very stimulating as the valley becomes a fine valley that in some places you are like jump from one side to another. Some dynamic ascents and descents will lead us to the sets of the Chyugur Khola, from where we reach Nawarpani.
Today, we start the trek by slowly climbing to Kamattarka at the meeting of the Tarap Chu and Lang Khola. We cross a narrow valley and consent the tree line behind us and comfy wild rose and juniper bushes, representative of the dry innermost Himalayan gorges.
After hiking for some more hours, we grasp the community of Dho Tarap which is bounded by an irregular stone wall. In this Gorge, both Bon Po and Chaiba spiritual groups exist in together. Tarap is also occupied by some Tibetans and typically Magars who have resided here for some groups. 
Today, you can spend the day travelling near the monasteries. Throughout today’s little hike, we also get an opportunity to get familiar with the local ethos.
We move to the upper Tarap gorge relishing sights of luxurious grasslands on both ends of the river which are exclusive to this part of the innermost Dolpo. We hike together with Tarap Chu river and take preference in the remarkable sights of the vast Tarap gorge with its extensive grasslands and high peaks.
A hike for some time takes us to the community of Tokyu which lines a Buddhist monastery of the Chiba group. After visiting the monastery, we start to hike up the gorge on a lumpy trail earlier reaching the Numa La Base Camp.
Day 11: Cross Numa La pass (5,190m/17,023ft), camp at Pelung Tang (4465m/14,645 ft)
Today you will be having hardest and one of the lengthiest days of the walk.  After breakfast, we start passing the Numa La pass on a sheer path all the means up to the highest edge of the pass. From the edge, we acquire remarkable sights of the sterile peaks of Dolpo up to Mt. Dhaulagiri.  Then, we go downhill to site at Pelung Tang.
Day 12: Cross Baga La pass (5,070m/16,630ft), trek to Dajok Tang (4,080m/13,382ft)
After breakfast, we start our sheer mount to the highest Baga La pass. There we get incredible sights of the dry scenery and the distant snow-capped peaks that consist of Mt. Kanjirowa.  We devote some time at the topmost of the path taking images and usually relishing the fascinating sights. Then, we move to Dajok Tang and spend the night there.
We devote most of today’s journey on paths together with attractive pine woodlands and alpine plants. After walking for some time on a relaxed path with just slow highs and lows, we grasp Ringmo Community. The community is a traditional Tibetan community of the Dolpo region.
Today we visit the remarkable Phoksundo Lake and camp at its coasts. We view yak caravans stirring in and out of Ringmo generally near Tibetan borders on isolated mountain paths. The scene is even portrayed in a Hollywood movie ‘Caravan’ shot generally in this place. During the way to the lake, we also trip a near monastery. While reaching the Phoksundo Lake, you are likely to adore a peaceful walk on the peaceful lake’s coasts.
We walk simply to Chepk which follows a huge hanging rock. Throughout our journey, we discover many significant medicinal reserves which are supposed to be remedy for almost everything in this part. The way then crosses via villages, earlier ascending to Shyanta. 
We proceed to Jhupal through Sulighat on a path bounded by birch trees. Over an edge, we get the most remarkable sights of the mountain above us and Jhupal Community underneath. More caution is essential while walking along this track. After entering Jhupal, you can devote an afternoon traveling the busy marketplace town or just taking a rest. 
We take the initial flight from Jhupal to Nepalgunj then, we come back to Kathmandu on the next accessible flight. On our arrival in Kathmandu, we will be moved to our hotel. In the evening, we will enjoy a farewell dinner.
Our representative will drop you to the airport and you will be going back to your place.
