Do 당신 think England should be portrayed as 더 많이 polite?

Sometimes I cringe at England's... erm... words (I REEEEALLLLY hope I didn't offend any of 당신 England fans). Do 당신 think England's perfect the way he is 또는 should he be 더 많이 polite/nicer?

In America we have two stereotypes. One is the overly polite, fancy British person with the fancy accent, and the other one is what 당신 described.
