Cortana actually loves the Master Chief. She is worried that when she dies, there will be another AI to take her place. Cortana is actually made from a flash clone of DR. Halsey. Dr. Halsey's favorite spartan is actually the Master Chief. So I would not say crush, but more of a emotional attachment thing.
