Mr. Schue smiled at the two boys.

"Blaine is joining the New Directions", said the boy I had recognized from 글리 club.

"Welcome Blaine", said Mr. Schue. "Looks like we have another new member."

Blaine had a confused look on his face. He looked toward the 좌석 for an unfamiliar face. He saw me and smiled. "What's your name", he asked me.

"Sol. I just joined yesterday."

He nodded and he went to take a 좌석 with the boy that introduced him.
-after 글리 Club-
I walked up to Blaine in the hallway. I had the idea that if he agrees to audition with me to West Side Story, maybe we could stick it to Rachel. "Blaine?"

He was talking with that boythat introduced him to the 글리 club. He looked at me. "Yes?"

"Since we're both new, I was thinking that maybe we could audition for West Side-"

"I'm actually already auditioning for it already. For the part of-"

"Tony? I'm auditioning for Maria. Maybe we could-"

"Actually Kurt is auditioning for Tony." He gestured to the boy into front of him.

"Oh. Well, maybe we could-"

"Mercedes is also auditioning for the part of Maria, along with Rachel", Kurt said.

"Really?"

Kurt nodded. "Apparently it's this big deal."

"Oh." Maybe Mercedes'll get the part. "Why?"

"Mercedes is tired of Rachel getting all the leads."

"Rachel must sound amazing."

Kurt looked at his feet. "She's not that good."

Blaine comforted him. "She's not as great as you."

Kurt blushed. "I know." They both laughed.

The 벨 rung.

"Bye guys", they waved back at me as I walked to my locker.

I've decided not to audition for West Side Story. It's a Mercedes and Rachel thing that I want to stay out of.

Just then Santana walked up to me. "Aren't 당신 coming?"

"To where?"

"Mercedes and Rachel are going to have a sing off for the part of Maria."

Fascinating. I put my 책 in my locker. "Let's go." Santana and I walked to the auditorium.
