Thinking logically I don't think this question is completely fair. Its not who we think is the prettiest but who has been shown in the episodes to be the most doted by the customers. Meaning the answer is already a given. It's alice.
Mira only gets to do it once and the boys were pretty hooked on her too.
You can't compare them cos Mira hasn't had as many chances to waitress. And Alice was a pretty bad waitress. She doesn't even know how to make coffee! (It was in the episode. Don't burn me Alice fans. And definitely don't burn me saying Runo said it and no one likes her. Ha ha ha ha. I mean seriously?)
