Weeks before making her WWF Debut (as it was back then), Debra had been in negotiations with the World Wrestling Federation and the contracts were signed not too long before this Raw Is War broadcast where 당신 made her debut as the manager of long time friend Jeff Jarett in a match against Steve Blackman.
