How do you........?

I've noticed that in some 포럼 posts and articles,the 글쓰기 is in italic,bold 또는 it's underlined.And in some posts(wall)....Aurie (lovebaltor) and Ella(winxlove) mostly........use hearts and flowers.How do 당신 guys do that?

당신 can press some buttons(different buttons) 더 많이 than 1 Time.You can make this letter "ë" 의해 typing "Alt" button and "1" and "3" and "7".(btw that letter was from my language lol)
