I am having a difficult time figuring out this item is and what 년 it would have been made. Has holographic sticker on bottom saying it is a licensed product and back says (C) F.T.C.P. Inc.

I'm pretty sure the 'F.T.C.P. Inc.' stands for ' Felix The Cat Productions, Inc.'.
I searched using both 구글 and bing - with no luck. Depending on its size, it looks like it could be a planter, a candleholder, 또는 a neat little 캔디 dish. Once 당신 figure that out, it'll probably be easier to find out when it was made. Having a holographic sticker, I suspect that it's not too terribly old.
