Before diving into the details of the game, I want to send out a hearty THANKS to the 팬팝 team. In particular, a big prop to link who put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this feature.
I'd also like to thank all the great beta testers who helped us test and refine the feature for the past month. Finally, a thank 당신 to link - the site that provided the nifty default 아이콘 sets for the spot pop 퀴즈 and superquiz.
Now onto the nitty-gritty...the specifics about the quiz.
Playing the Quiz
당신 can play the 퀴즈 in one of two ways.
1) The Super Quiz
link is the ultimate test of fanpopper knowledge. Superquiz pulls 질문 from the full spectrum of topics on the site. Each 질문 will tell 당신 what topic and channel it's about. Just start answering 질문 to start racking up points and winning virtual prizes. If 당신 run across a 질문 당신 don't want to answer, 당신 can simply click the "skip this question" link to get a new question.
당신 can also use the filter in the right column of the superquiz ("show 질문 for") to only display 질문 from a specific channel (e.g. movies) 또는 to only display 질문 from subjects 당신 are subscribed to.
A small module on the lower right side of the page will display your superquiz progress (how many points you've scored, how many 질문 asked and what your current prize is).
2) Individual Pop Quizzes
If 당신 want zero in on a specific topic, we also feature pop 퀴즈 for each 팬 club (spot). So for instance, if 당신 wanted to play The Office Pop Quiz, just go to The Office 팬 Club and click the "quizzes" link below the spot banner (there is also a module on the right side of each 팬 club homepage that will allow 당신 to start playing).
Spot-specific 퀴즈 have their own leaderboards and prize sets (see the small module in the lower right column of the spot 퀴즈 pages).
Making 퀴즈 Questions
To make a 퀴즈 질문 당신 will need to go to the 팬 Club's 퀴즈 and click the "add a question" link 또는 button.
When creating a 질문 당신 must:
* Ask a question
* Enter at least 2 possible answers
* Select the correct answer
Optionally 당신 may:
* Add an image
* Embed a video
* Add 이미지 for each of the possible answers
* Add some short trivia about the question
당신 have some limited editing capabilities once 당신 게시하기 a question, but it's best to make sure that 당신 have spelled everything correctly and have made the 질문 and answer factually correct before posting.
Additionally, here are some other tips for making good questions:
* Play the 퀴즈 in the 팬 club before posting new questions. This way 당신 can avoid making duplicate questions.
* Avoid subjective 질문 (e.g "Who do 당신 like better?). Subjective 질문 should be 게시됨 as picks.
* Avoid 질문 that are time-specific 또는 can be rendered incorrect 의해 events in the future. For instance: "What's the highest grossing British film of all-time?". A better 질문 is "As of 2007, what's the highest grossing British film of all-time?". For TV shows that are still airing, a 질문 like "How many seasons of One 나무, 트리 Hill"? is also a bad idea (until the show has concluded).
* Avoid vague questions: "Who did John 키스 on tonight's episode?" is ambiguous if John kisses someone in every episode. A better 질문 would be "Who did John 키스 in the season 3 episode, 'The Hunted'"?
Reporting Quizzes
If 당신 see an inaccurate, inappropriate 또는 badly worded 퀴즈 question, 당신 can flag it 또는 contact the 팬팝 team.
퀴즈 creators do have limited ability to modify their 질문 after they are made, however we have curtailed these options in order to prevent any abuse.
Note that in some instances, the 팬팝 team will need to 삭제 질문 in order to be fair to the people participating in the game. If this happens, feel free to repost a corrected version of the question.
Leaderboard & Prizes
As 당신 gain points 의해 playing the quiz, 당신 will notice that 당신 gain new "prizes". link
We have also made some "custom" prize sets for certain pop 퀴즈 (should be out shortly) :-)

* Harry Potter
* Movies
* Europe
* 별, 스타 Wars
* Disney

* There's a new prop type for the 퀴즈 questions
* 프로필 page includes scores for all your individual 퀴즈 (link)
* 프로필 page includes all your 퀴즈 contributions (link)
* 당신 can also view a link on the site

I did it again.
I accidentally hit the "start chat" tab again.
And couldn't remember how make it go away.
I've had this problem a few times before and have to re-learn it every time.
For some reason, I'm always under the impression that the solution lies under my 프로필 settings.
It does not.
So now there is an 기사 to remind me, and anyone else who needs it, how to get rid of this dang thang.
Step 1: Under the "contacts" tab, click "I am online." The words, not the pencil. If 당신 click the pencil, it will complicate things and you'll have to reload the page.
Step 2: Click "Log out."
It's not the most obvious way out, but it's easy once 당신 finally remember how to do it, so I hope this helps cut down on some frustration. (If not for you, at least for me 다음 time I accidentally open it and frantically 검색 for a solution. =P)

Ok, I usually don't make user guides but this one needs to be made. I have seen a lot of picks and a lot of them are boring 또는 annoying. Here is a list of steps to help 당신 out.
1. Try to have 더 많이 than three 답변 if possible. If the 질문 is "Who should Jim be with?" Put, Karen and Pam, and then put an answer like neither 또는 Katy.
2.Always have pictures for the 질문 if it isn't a yes, no, 또는 maybe question. Pictures bring in 더 많이 팬 and make the picks 더 많이 interesting.
3. Try to ask 질문 that people haven't already asked and 질문 that people will be interested in. Don't make it boring.
Now these are the three golden steps to making a good, quality pick on fanpop. If 당신 feel I need to add anything, then please leave it in the comments.

One 일 I decided to create a new club of something that didn't exist as a club yet but I couldn't find the 'Create a club' button. Trust me I looked high and low for the thing but couldn't find it. When I logged out of my account at last there I saw it, the 'Create a club button' so when I clicked on it they of course asked me to sign back in but when I did I was the same position I was in before clicking.
For some people this problem don't seem to happen but for people like me who want to create clubs but can't because the button is unavailable well it's frustrating. I've been looking abound for some kind of answer but the only thing that came up was a link link
this only leads to 당신 having to sign in again. I don't know if it's the signing in thing that's the problem but it really shouldn't be.
