What I just described are the clear symptoms of Fanpopitis. Visitors become users who eventually become addicts! We've come to know so many great Fanpoppers since we launched the site back in August of 2006 and it's been growing ever since. We 사랑 it when we see a new face become really active in the community because it means that someone has found a 집 at Fanpop. That's why we wanted to make it easier for Fanpoppers to tell their 프렌즈 and family about the site!

link has been toiling away on our Invite 프렌즈 feature for a while and he should be proud of himself. Now 당신 can see which of your 프렌즈 are already on 팬팝 의해 checking your e-mail address book on a bunch of webmail services like GMail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail, and MSN Hotmail among many others. And if they're not on Fanpop, 당신 can invite them and get credit in your Invite a Friend trophy. We just want to make sure people get recognized for successfully bringing a new member to the 팬팝 family.

We know that not everyone uses webmail anymore and a lot of people communicate with their 프렌즈 through social networks. Now 당신 can easily invite 또는 tell your 프렌즈 about 팬팝 through your 가장 좋아하는 social networks like MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, Orkut, and Hi5! 당신 can message specific 프렌즈 (or all your friends!), post a bulletin, 또는 just throw up a shoutout about Fanpop. The best part is that 당신 never have to leave the site to do it! 당신 can do all of this right in the comfort and safety of your own 팬팝 profile. :)

To get to the address book and social network invite feature, just click on the "Invite Friends" link in the navigation bar up 상단, 맨 위로 또는 click on the link in the yellow module on your 프로필 page.
