This has been going on around in my head for too long....

In the movie when 퀸 Tara died and Ronin went to tell Nod about it. He reacted saying "She was your......" then he didn't finish the damn sentence. Who exactly was 퀸 Tara to Ronin? I NEED TO KNOW!

I've always completed the sentence with "girlfriend", though I guess the label sounds so ridiculous they chose not be that specific about it. "Lover" could work too. I actually admired how they made Ronin's feelings pretty clear without never explicit them in words.
