Guys, it's okay. It's okay. We don't need to freak out that 만, 베이 and Emmett are forever destroyed, because in truth they are FAR from that which is awesome! So I've compiled some news from the unofficial wiki, and the Switched at Birth Spoiler page on tumblr regarding Emmett and 만, 베이 in season 3!
Firstly from the unofficial wiki(a) on either Emmett/Bay 또는 the Emmett-Bay page in the 'relationship' section it has not one, not two, but THREE relationships. (The 초 was in 1x10 The Homecoming when they took a short break) Anyway, this is amazing news!
Emmett Bledsoe (ex-boyfriend)
First Relationship:
Start Up: The 수사슴, 사슴 Hunt (1x07)
Break Up: The Homecoming (1x10)
Reason: Emmett felt that they could never really understand each other, because 만, 베이 was hearing whereas he is deaf and sees the world differently.
초 Relationship:
Start Up: The Homecoming (1x10)
Break Up: Venus, Cupid, Folly, and Time (1x22)
Reason: Emmett confessed about cheating on 만, 베이 with Simone.
Third Relationship:
Start Up: (3x0?)

Secondly, is from the Switched at Birth Spoiler page:
With new people in Bay’s life, will she continue to shy away from past 사랑 Emmett (Sean Berdy), who’s been essentially 의해 her side waiting to be forgiven for also cheating on her? 팬 of the couple will be happy to hear 만, 베이 might finally have a change of heart.

Finally, last but not the least is also from the same tumblr page when someone asked if they (Bay and Emmett) would ever get back together which received a reply of: "I can't say for sure. But there will be a 키스 in episode 4
