Courtney's P.O.V.

It was just another 일 on Total Drama World Tour. Until he showed up.

"Duncan!" Gwen exclaimed in delight and ran up to hug him. I watched with a scowl as she clung to him. She looked so happy and so 안전한, 안전 in his arms. It's so comfortable there.....That should've been me. I snatched my 기타 from its stand and stalked off to the change rooms.

Duncan's P.O.V.

Gwen was snuggling into me as we hugged. Like Courtney had once. It seemed so long ago. Where was she anyway?
"Uh, Gwen?"
"Mhm?" Her voice was muffled 의해 my chest. It was like she loved me 또는 something. Well she probably does. I remembered the way she'd looked at me while I was still here on Total Drama World Tour. And now I was back.
"Can 당신 let go?" I questioned, wondering who I wanted more, Gwen 또는 Courtney. I had loved Courtney but now she was evil. Sure she's hot when she's angry but she didn't seem to care anymore. Gwen, she was my friend but for some reason she loved me now. What happened to Trent? But when she hugged me, well I almost thought I loved her until she did that. I'd just wished that.....that it was Courtney. Maybe Courtney did still care. Like when I didn't want to sing...

Come on Duncan, please?

I could see her now, big beautiful onyx eyes filled with pleading. She'd looked so sad then. Maybe she did-

"So Duncan McQuittypants is back." Chris remarked, interrupting my thoughts. He was frowning but his eyes looked relieved.
"Temporarily." I growled. "And I'm just visiting, not singing"
"Don't 당신 want another shot at a million? And being famous again?"
I glanced around me. So new guy and the freaky purple-haired groupie were still here. And Heather, Cody, Izzy, Owen, Lindsay, Tyler and Noah were also still on.
"Did Courtney get kicked off?" I asked Chris.
"Don't 당신 watch the show?"
"No." I wouldn't have been surprised if she was gone. She was so cruel now. But then again Courtney was an amazing singer. She was also the only one who liked singing.
"Aww, does Duncan miss his little sweetheart?" Chris mocked.
I glared at him and cracked my knuckles. He seemed to get the message.
"Well she's still here. So if 당신 want to see her 당신 have to be back on the show."
What does he have her locked up somewhere 또는 something?
"Why do 당신 want me back anyway?"
"Because he wants better ratings. Less viewers with 당신 gone." Chef told me.
Chris sighed. "Fine. Apparently 30% of our viewers stopped watching after 당신 left."
Suddenly all the lights blacked out except for one spotlight on the stage behind me. I spun around to see a figure standing there. Courtney.

Courtney's P.O.V.

I smirked from my spot on the stage to see Duncan's mouth hanging open as he gaped at me. I had my 기타 - a black and silver twelve-string - and was strumming this song my mom used to always listen to. The lyrics came to me as if i'd been listening to them 24/7 and was on karaoke.

I strummed the complicated 기타 solo and watched as everyone gaped at me. My 캐러멜, 캐 러 멜 and brown hair flipped around as I played, and I snatched up the microphone from its stand again for the 다음 verse.

I watched in amazement as my girlfriend played this 기타 solo. Then it dawned on me that the song was about me. I was the heartbreaker. It made sense actually. Juvenille escapees count as sinners, right? Anyway so when she and Gwen and stupid 노래 ticked me off, apparently breaking her heart. 또는 maybe that was because of Gwen....but either way the song still fit! I broke off because she was 노래 again.

She jumped off the stage and landed right infront of me.

Courtney's P.O.V.

I stopped strumming my 기타 and gazed into Duncan's pale 물오리, 청록 eyes. I was 노래 again.

My voice was sweet and sad for this verse. Then I played my 기타 again and was back to the rocker tone.

I was back to slamming out a 기타 solo for the final notes. Instead of playing the very last one, I flung the 기타 at Duncan which aced the last note.

I stormed away sd they were all astounded byt halted as a voice called out.
"Hey, Courtney! You're supposed to make up a song!"
I growled and spun around. I was still panting from all the effort I'd put in the song.
"Fine," I panted. "Show me."
"What, 당신 mean I actually have to sing?!?" Duncan asked in disbelief.
"Yes, 당신 do." That was Chris. He turned to me. "Court, that was amazing but Duncan's right, 당신 have to make it up as 당신 go. So, 당신 haven't finished the challenge yet."
