Pictures are just pictures in a graphic novel. a different person does a different job for each part, exp, one person will do the art, one person will do the scanning and colouring, and one will write the script. and etc. Maybe this will be easier for people to understand:
1.Someone draws the picture
2. They scan in in the computer
3. a different person colours the picture in the computer
4. Then a different person will add the effects.
5. then they print it.
It is the same thing, 'cause you're scanning the original drawing but just making subtle changes, it is ART. YES people believe or not, ITS A ART, Its just that they are doing it in a different way since technology is advanced, and actually, it makes the job easier.
what difference does it make if its on a computer anyway.
