so, this is what i think:

snow white and rapunzel
cinderella and belle
aurora and ariel
jasmine and mulan
pocahontas and tiana

I picked Belle, because Cinderella and Belle are the most mature between the Disney Princesses. They also both found themselves in hopeless situations, Cinderella by living under her mother's thumb, Belle by giving up her freedom for the sake of her father.
My second choice would have been Rapunzel and Snow White - because they both were abused by their stepmothers (in lack of a better word for Gothel). They certainly can relate to each other on that base, although Cinderella and Snow White knew exactly what their stepmothers were doing, while Rapunzel did not. But in the end, maturity and similiar characters (both, Belle and Cinderella have a way with word and can be very sarkastic) won out.
