She is just so sweet and innocent. <3

Because I kinda liked the twist on her being Lady Tremaine. I also liked the Into the Woods version. I wish we had seen the first OUAT Rapunzel more because I think she had potential but ended up being forgettable.

They gave her more depth and character than she had in the stage version, which is probably one of the reasons why she wasn't killed off like in the original stage version. The first version of Rapunzel had some potential and I did feel her struggle, she was just not given much to do. I HATED that STUPID Lady Tremaine being Rapunzel twist! First of all, she doesn't have magical blonde hair (She's a natural blonde) and somehow she gets dark brown hair when she's older? They never explained that! Plus, her reasons for not caring much for Drizella were really weak (THAT IS YOUR FREAKING DAUGHTER) and it just really felt ridiculous and convoluted.

Honestly I like the idea of Black Rapunzal. I am a sucker for representation and I love the idea of a black Rapunzal because it could inspire black girls and black women to grow their hair long if they so choose because its a stereotype that black women can't grow long hair. All though I was annoyed with how she was handled because Once Upon A Time handles their non white/Characters of color very poorly and she didn't even have a Story Brooke counter part and she was shown once and never seen again. I wanted to see more of her. Lady Termaine as Rapunzal was just meh. Oh and I haven't seen Into the Woods but I want to.
