She essentially has to act as queen when Elsa runs off, and what does she do? Appoint Hans, a total stranger, as leader. Seriously, was there no one else, no relative, ambassador, secretary, or some other government official to do the job? No, she gets her half-a-day boyfriend and we know how that turned out.

I wouldn't want her ruling my kingdom...like ever.

2 = Acts before she thinks
3 = Immature
4 = Being a Queen means interacting with other Kingdoms from other places, and Anna can't communicate with someone new without being awkward or stuttering. It's not bad that she's like that, but Queen's need to be sophisticated and elegant while meeting new people and give off a good impression to the other Kingdoms.
5 = I don't think she'd be very good at trading things, she'd probably trade some valuable thing for like, butter.
